Before submitting an application, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility

• Player applicants must be 20 years old or younger on the date of application.
• Other applicants (e.g., referees, coaches, officials) may be older.
• Maximum grant award: £500.

Equal Opportunities

All applications are given equal consideration, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnic or national origin, or disability.

Application Frequency

• Successful applicants must wait 1 year from the last grant payment before reapplying.
• Unsuccessful applicants may reapply after 6 months from their previous rejection.

Assessment Process

• The Application Committee meets at the end of each month to review current submissions.
• Grants may be partially funded, depending on the number of applications and available funds.

Previous Awards

Past grants have supported:

• Practice fees
• Improvement courses (referees, table officials, coaches)
• International commitments (e.g., camps, tournaments)

Communication & Confidentiality

• Applicants will receive an email confirmation upon receipt.
• Due to high volumes, individual feedback on unsuccessful applications cannot be provided.
• Awards are kept confidential unless publicity is requested by the successful applicant.

Exceptional Circumstances

The Assessment Panel may consider applications outside of the basic criteria in exceptional cases.
